Structure Compass to Xaero's Map

BIG UPDATE

• I added some few features
• fixed some bugs(about modded custom dimensions)
• a lots of configurable settings
• Convenience patch
• New item (teleport scroll, teleport tome -> can teleport to waypoints created by the Structure Compass)
• Successfully implemented a method to calculate the height of a structure and provide feedback!

(At first, calculate the noise function to determine the terrain height where the structure is located, and if it becomes possible to teleport (scroll or the tome) or visit the chunk to find the height value of the structure, modify the waypoint height value and regenerate it)

However, I am still working on feature improvements and other tasks, and if more work is done, we will update it right away :)
