Added a new post-Schism stage: The Merger.

The escalation route now continues:

GIVE_UP → Delusion → Schism → The Merger

After Schism fails to resolve the internal department conflict, the system attempts corporate restructuring. The departments are forcibly merged into:

HYDRATION-SPINE-FOCUS-SNACKS COMPLIANCE HOLDINGS LTD.

Changes and additions:

• Added The Merger as a new stage after Schism.
• Added Merger phase progression: Early Merger, Mid Merger, and Late Merger.
• Added Merger-specific reminder messages, status lines, flavor text, popup behavior, and progression tracking.
• Added the Corporate Wellness prefix for Merger-stage messages.
• Added Merger-specific popup button labels.
• Added the Popup Fusion visual event, where department panels collapse into one merged corporate wellness popup.
• Added the Mandatory Team-Building Exercise special event.
• Added the Performance Improvement Plan form-style event before the temporary ending gate.
• Added Merger-specific tracking for reminder count, popup interactions, Popup Fusion, Team-Building, and Performance Improvement Plan event state.

UI and polish:

• Fixed overlapping Merger popup text.
• Improved Merger popup sizing and layout.
• Adjusted Merger button sizing to keep the UI compact.
• Improved Popup Fusion timing so the animation is visible before the final merged popup appears.
• Hid normal response buttons during the Popup Fusion intro sequence.
• Fixed fusion panels remaining stuck in the center after the merge.
• Cleaned up the Performance Improvement Plan form layout.
• Removed overlapping form/footer text from the Performance Improvement Plan screen.
• Fixed Merger chat/popup output using the wrong prefix in some cases.
