This seems to be the last chunk of major issues. Excited to bring this to newer versions of Minecraft soon!
New Features:

Golems will select their closest container at creation as their default priority container.
Golems will go to the nearest container if they are too far away from their priority container.
Golems now have an animation when picking up items.
Golems can feed themselves apples (or the food item set in the configs) that they pick up (configurable, disabled by default).

Bug Fixes:

Fixed bug where all sound would cut out after a few minutes of being around golems.
Adjusted golem rotation to have golems face their harvest/pick up targets.
Fabric: Fixed haybalelib not being recognized.
