this mod allows you to get shards from mobs by killing them with a shard cutter and allows you to implant them into your body via the altar of change which you access via one of the stone cutters
implanting:
legs: implanting shards into your legs will give speed and jump boost, the strength depends on which shards you add
arms: same thing as legs except it grants strength
chest: grants every buff mentioned previously + health boost and a few others that only a few shards grant
head: allows you to use the shards' special abilities by pressing G
