steelo-constellation-2.0.0
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
2.0.0 — Initial release
The remaster of Steelo's Progressions, rebuilt for Fabric around a star chart.
The constellation. 33 stars laid out on five arms (Forge, Arsenal, Arcana, Frontier, Industry) and seven era rings (Stone, Iron, Diamond, Nether, Netherite, End, Beyond). Each star unlocks one thing: a material, a tier of gear, a workstation or a dimension.
Points, not checklists. Deeds pay progress points, and you spend them on any star whose ring is open and whose inner neighbour is lit. Light 2 of 3 stars on the Stone ring, then 3 of 5 on each ring after, to open the next one. You never have to finish a ring.
Nothing is wasted. Deeds from every open era keep counting, and milestones count as soon as their era opens, even if you earned them earlier. The bounty pays a point for every 20 hostile mobs, in any era, so no choice of stars can leave you stuck.
Star chart. Press N to open it. Drag to move around, scroll to zoom, hover for details, and double-click to light. A side panel shows ring progress, deeds and rewards, and the ? page explains the rules in plain language. You can pin up to 5 deeds to a HUD tracker.
Feel. Toasts, sounds and particles when you finish a deed or light a star. Opening a new ring gets a title card, fireworks and totem particles, and a server-wide announcement.
Locks. Crafting (at every station), equipment, workstations, villager trades and travel to the Nether and the End are each tied to the stars you've lit. Mining, gathering, looting and building are never restricted.
Servers. Progress alone, share a chart and pool points with your /team, or have the whole server share one chart. Switch with /constellation mode. Ops can grant points, light stars, set eras and reset players.
Configurable. Each lock can be turned on or off, deed goals can be scaled, and the bounty can be tuned or switched off. Arms, eras and stars are datapack-driven.
Separate mod id from Steelo's Progressions, so existing worlds are untouched. Built for Fabric on Minecraft 26.2.
