v1.1.2 — Recipe Rebalance

CHANGED
- Stand Arrow: Nether Star → End Crystal. The entry-level Stand no longer
  requires a Wither fight. The End Crystal is craftable (Ghast Tear + Eye of
  Ender + 7 glass) — mid-game, no boss. Arrow and feather unchanged.
- Requiem Arrow: now a bit harder. Shapeless recipe = Stand Arrow + 2 Totems of
  Undying + 1 Nether Star + 4 Gold. The Nether Star (Wither drop) moves here as
  the capstone that elevates the arrow to Requiem.

WHY
Old progression: end-game (Wither) → end-game (Totems + gold).
New progression: mid-game (End Crystal) → end-game (Totems + Nether Star).
The Nether Star is no longer a wall blocking your first Stand — it's the
capstone that marks the Requiem as the true end-game goal.

Every command now runs at server permission level 4, so the mod works for ALL
players on a server — op and non-op alike. No operator status required.
