Shader-like storms without a shader pack: puddles that fill up and mirror the world, water streaming down walls, splashes when you walk through puddles, lightning in the clouds and thunder rolling in after the flash. Client-side.

What's new
- Fixed puddles and wet ground not showing at all with some modded blocks. Blocks with a broken shape are now skipped (and logged once) instead of turning wet ground off.
