Changelog:
*Removed redstone activation with powderboxes, this broke their ability to fall
*Also fixed powderboxes not exploding upon landing from a fall and normalized their explosion blast-strengths whether in the class or in the hit-subscribe event (it is TNT strength, by the way)
*Fixed Powderbox tooltip description
