What's new

  • Risen minions no longer roll Super Bosses tiers (when that mod is installed). Summoned minions were eligible for boss tiers like any mob — and because recalling your horde re-rolls each minion, long-lived armies steadily accumulated unkillable "Super"/"Mega" pets. Minions are now exempt on every path (summons, conversions, and Call Horde recalls) while wild mobs keep rolling tiers as normal.
  • New config toggle: minions.allowSuperbossTiers (default off) — flip it on if you want your army in the boss lottery. Per world, editable in-game.

Notes

  • Already-tiered minions keep their boss status (the tier can't be reversed retroactively) — dismiss and re-summon them.
  • With the exemption active, the Super Bosses mod logs an informational "Forced Boss Type Found" line per protected minion on each summon/recall — that's the exemption working, not bosses spawning.
  • No dependency on Super Bosses; without it installed, nothing changes.
