Additions:

-Introduces Airline, a 3-rank utility enchantment for tridents, bows, and crossbows that Tethers the user to their projectile for 2 seconds per rank on use. Dangerous, but less so with additional ranks.

 

Changes:

-Tethered has a 5 block radius around the anchor where it does not pull on targets.
-Tethered continuously resets fall distance while in effect.
