SpeedForce : Nexus 0.19.6

FIXES
- Fixed the "failed to load a valid ResourcePackInfo" warning on startup. The mod's resource pack info was missing from 0.19.5, so the jar couldn't load its resources properly. Update from 0.19.5 if you saw this warning.

Includes everything from 0.19.5:
- Fixed a startup crash when Architectury API is installed.
- Fixed a crash while playing ("Property hidden_in_bar was not registered").
- Fixed the dark sky in the Speed Force dimension.
- New unlock system: your own mod XP, speed bars 2-12 unlocked by running time, and a skill tree menu.
- Time Remnant buffs (Strength I, Speed I, Regeneration I, Resistance I), a 25% faster Lightning Gauntlet and a reworked Lightning Sword.
