SpeedForce Remnants

A mod for forge 1.20.1, that adds the commands that can spawn time remnants and speed mirages from The Flash CW Show.
This mod will add two new commands to the game:
/remnant time -player name- -id name-
/remnant mirage -player name- -id name- -existence time- -invulnerability true/false-
These will spawn an NPC version of the player. Time remnants will attack for the player and can die, while speed mirages will distract and run away from mobs to keep the player safe, but if damaged, they will disappear (or if they run out of time -existence time-).
