FIXES
- Fixed a startup crash when Architectury API is installed ("Can't register event bus ... previously registered").
- Fixed a crash while playing ("Property hidden_in_bar was not registered").
- Fixed the dark sky in the Speed Force dimension.

NEW: UNLOCK SYSTEM
- Your own mod XP: kills give points (based on the victim's max health), 10 points = 1 level. It is separate from Minecraft XP.
- Speed bars 2-12 unlock by running time.
- A skill tree screen where you spend levels on abilities.
- Locked abilities are hidden from the ability bar and the handicap rules apply until you unlock them.
- /nexus command for testing.

OTHER CHANGES
- Time Remnant buffs.
- Lightning Gauntlet hits 25% faster.
- /nexus speedbar can set up to 32 bars.
- Lightning Sword reworked.

Requires: Forge 1.20.1, Palladium, PalladiumCore, Player Animator.
