Remember AtomicStryker's Battle Tower mod ? This nostagic piece of gem where you fight your way through a horde of monsters, before defeating a powerful tower golem.
Well now, it's here, in new version of Minecraft!
Spayzers' Battle Towerz is my take on the battle tower mod, adding a brand new tower, with loot, and a tower guardian to defeat at the top.
In addition to this, depending on the biome you are, the towers will be completely different. The surface tower may look like the one from the original mod, but be sure that the desert, underground, and many more of the towers to come will be very different, with their own unique tower guardian!
Features
The higher you go, the stronger the enemy will become, and you will also have to face Tower Sentinel to prove yourself being able to stand against the Tower Guardian!
The destruction of towers have been removed! After reading through people's complain on the Rlcraft and Feed The Beast subreddit, I saw that many people didn't appreciate the destruction of the tower once the guardian was defeated. Therefore, It isn't implemented in the mod. I'll may look further in the future to change it so that people can add it or not, depending on their preferences.
Current of Future Plans
Currently, the mod only have :
- Surface Battle Tower
However, in the future, i'm planning to add :
- Underground Battle Tower
- Desert Battle Tower
- Snowy Battle Tower
- Nether Battle Tower
- Bastion Battle Tower
Surface Battle Tower
The Surface Battle Tower is the one you'll encounter the most during your playthrough. You can find it in pretty much every green place of the world.
Surface Sentinel
3 of them are placed in the tower as miniboss. They'll rush you as soon as you get close to them, and will shoot a wave of fireball once they are close enough. But do be scared, their rush attack can be countered with a shield to stun them!
Each one of them will drop a Surface Eye Shard, used on the Surface Tower Altar to summon the Surface Tower Guardian (lots of surface in this).
Surface Tower Guardian
The Guardian of this tower is made of stone bricks, with a blue glowing eye in the middle. He'll use it to shoot a powerful fireball at you, and jump at your location If he feels like you're hiding.
