Spawnable Liquids

Spawn source blocks of liquid, so you don't have to deal with water flowing everywhere.
This mod adds 2 simple tools:
Water Rod
Lava Rod
The water rod is essentially a portable infinite water source, that when you right click on a block with it, it will spawn a water source block (like a water bucket would) that will not move, unless the block is updated.
The lava rod works the same, however it is single use, not infinite.
