Big update!

New:

- Added configurable feature to place torches by right clicking with a hammer or excavator (off by default)

- Added upgrades for the Powered Hammer - combine upgrades with the hammer in an anvil

- Added ability for other mods to easily register their own tools! Simply subscribe to the RegisterToolEvent and add new ModTool instances to the event (check doc comments in ModTool for more details)

Improvements/Changes:

- Configs now use the annotation system - doesn't mean much for the average user, but you can now change the configs using the mod's config button in the mod list!

- Simplified and improved mining logic! This may have fixed some weirdness like when mining multiple blocks with varying hardness or harvest levels

- Due to addition of upgrades, nerfed the Powered Hammer's stats - now you gotta upgrade for them :)

- Disabled ability to enchant Mjolnir completely

- Removed alternative hardcoded recipes... may have forgotten about those before

Bug Fixes:

- Fixed Mjolnir block crashing the server when falling into the End portal and then loading the chunk in the End

- Fixed some missing localisations
