What's new

- Improved usage of the Nether Star Hammer:

    - Blocks can't be broken at all while a tunnel is currently being mined in survival

    - If you're in creative, you can mine multiple tunnels at the same time

- Hopefully properly implemented the Forge Energy into the Powered Hammer (so you should be able to charge it now with mods which can charge 

- Colours in the customTools.json can now be decimal or hexadecimal prefixed with "0x"
