v0.9.3 Beta Update - Ability Plugins (Part 1)

This update introduces the first batch of the Ability Plugin System!

🌟 New Features:

• Ability Plugins: Added the framework and 5 new functional plugins. You can now craft a Blank Plugin and upgrade it to gain passive enhancements.
• New Plugins & Effects:
  • Cooling Booster: Grants immunity to the Heat Weakness (overheating damage).
  • Waterproof Coating: Significantly reduces the negative effects (damage/slow) of the Water Weakness.
  • Energy Saver: Reduces hunger consumption speed by 50%.
  • Energy Recycler: 40% chance to refund half of the mana cost when casting abilities.
  • Percentage Damage Plugin: Attacks apply a mark; at 3 stacks, deals 20% bonus damage based on the target's current health (capped for bosses).

🛠️ Changes & UI:

• The Ability Plugin slots in the Mech Modification Terminal are now fully functional.
• Added custom crafting recipes for all 5 new plugins.

📌 Coming Next:

• 8 Elemental Attribute Plugins: These will synergize with the Attribute Discs to trigger special effects!
• Custom Skin Components (Armor textures/mechanical add-ons).
• Source Energy Load Payoff & Ultimate Ability.
