What's new

-Fixed a silly error causing the occlusion list to be used for reverb

-Improved the occlusion list format

-Fixed crashing after loading a resource pack

-(Hopefully) fixed a crash with the Localized Weather & Storms mod (http://coros.us/mods/weather2)

-Changed the lists in the config to use doubles (for more precise customization)

-Changed the ids in the config to use strings instead of numerical ids
