soul return scroll

Added an item called "Soul Return Scroll".

Using the Soul Return Scroll allows the player to teleport to their most recent death point (even across dimensions), while granting the "Soul Form" effect. In this state:

The player gains invisibility.
The player gains fire resistance.
The player gains Resistance (255) to prevent being killed by mobs after teleportation.
The player gains Weakness (255), preventing them from dealing damage and avoiding cheesing bosses by repeatedly dying.
Immunity to suffocation damage.
Immunity to poison damage.
Immunity to wither damage.
Immunity to void damage.
The player gains the ability to fly.
The player cannot break or place blocks.
Disables the use of milk buckets and golden apples.

Configurable options in the soulreturn-common.toml file:
Duration of the Soul Form state.
Whether the Soul Return Scroll is consumed upon use.
Whether flight mode is enabled during the Soul state.
Which items are disabled during the Soul state.

It can be obtained through trading with Cleric villagers and Wandering Traders.
