Added the Black Dragon set from Monster Hunter: World.

This mod was uploaded by me on behalf of my friend because he doesn't have a CurseForge account.

Armor values, armor toughness, and knockback resistance for the set pieces:
Dragon Head Helmet: 6, 6, 5
Dragonhide Chestplate: 12, 5, 5
Dragon Spine Leggings: 10, 4, 5
Dragonsteel Boots: 6, 3, 5
