Sol's Damage Indicator v1.1.3

This update focuses on multiplayer reliability, boss fight clarity, and smoother death-summary behavior.

 

Major Fixes

  • Fixed cases where boss damage progress could reset incorrectly during multi-player fights.
  • Fixed edge cases where early contributors could miss final boss death animation eligibility.
  • Fixed ranking instability in tie situations by making contributor sorting deterministic.
  • Fixed stale boss tracking on client that could incorrectly hide normal entity health HUD.
  • Fixed duplicate death summary triggers in rapid death/reset moments.

Damage Progress Improvements (Boss HUD)

  • Improved real-time accuracy for cumulative damage tracking in 2+ player boss fights.
  • Improved top-contributor display so your own entry appears reliably when outside top entries.
  • Added safer packet handling to reduce multiplayer desync and display mismatch issues.
  • Improved boss reset/heal handling so progress only clears when truly appropriate.

Death Animation Improvements

  • Improved reliability of death summary delivery for valid contributors in longer encounters.
  • Improved duplicate-packet protection so cinematic overlays do not retrigger incorrectly.
  • Improved ranking normalization for cleaner and more consistent presentation.

Inactivity Timeout Behavior

  • Timeout remains configurable (default: 5 minutes).
  • Inactive players are removed from live boss damage progress after timeout.
  • Contributors who dealt damage in the current boss life remain eligible for final death summary.
