Snowballs Deluxe

This is a MMD WinterJam 2021 Submission

This mod is simple.  It adds the freezing effect to entities you hit with snowballs.  Turn skeletons into strays, or just give your friends the shivers. 

This mod also has compat with other winterjam entries giving their snowballs extra effects.

Think this mod could use another snowball-related feature?  let me know in the comments.  inclusions suggested before January 14th will be considered for the Jam.  After the jam ends though, no more work beyond version porting and bug fixing will be done on this mod.
