Server settings control multiplayer gameplay and synchronize to connected clients.
-
Mod Menu saves apply during the current singleplayer session when the world resumes.

Singleplayer file edits reload when the world is reopened. Dedicated servers require a restart after file edits.
-
Added validation and safe defaults for missing or invalid settings.
-
No animation configuration options were added.
Hammer progression
-
Added hammer progression in this order: Copper → Iron → Gold → Diamond → Netherite → Echo.
-
The first Copper Hammer uses five Copper Ingots and two sticks:
Copper Copper Copper Copper Stick Copper Empty Stick Empty -
Higher-tier hammers require the previous hammer, the destination hammer template and its matching upgrade core at the Smithing Table.
-
Added fired and unfired hammer templates. Template crafting uses a clay template at top center, three tier materials across the middle and two materials in the bottom corners.
-
Added Hammer Time for crafting the first Copper Hammer, plus advancements for later upgrades.
-
Added a configurable hammer tier lock. Higher-tier hammers obtained from other players remain restricted until their tier is unlocked.
-
Grouped all six hammers together in tier order in JEI and the creative inventory.
-
Adjusted dropped hammer models to half their original scale. Held and repair poses remain unchanged.
Lantern and pickaxe progression
-
Added the Stone Lantern, its template, model, recipe and advancement between Flint and Copper.
-
Stone Lanterns upgrade from Flint Lanterns at the Primitive Smithing Table.
-
Updated lantern detection ranges and cumulative ore limits:
Tier Detection radius Highest ore group Flint 3 blocks Basic ores; excludes copper Stone 4 blocks Copper Copper 5 blocks Iron Iron 6 blocks Gold, lapis, redstone and emerald Gold 7 blocks Diamond Diamond 8 blocks Ancient debris Netherite 9 blocks Ancient debris Echo 10 blocks All recognized ores -

Updated pickaxe mining limits to follow the same progression.
-
Added configurable per-tier ore limits.
-
Existing custom lantern ranges are preserved when updating.
Compass improvements
-
Updated all four compass rims with consistent silver, gold, cyan and dark-purple designs.
-
Unbound compass needles now rest pointing straight up.
-
Bound compass needles retain their animated movement.
Fiber drops
-
Expanded fiber drops to all native leaf types and supported mature crops and plants.
-
Added fiber chances when leaves naturally decay.
-
Added fiber chances from successful mature right-click harvesting, including sweet berries and glow berries.
-
Compatible harvesting interactions must produce drops and remove or reset the mature plant.
-
Added safeguards against repeated-click farming, immature crops, self-returning plant loops, Creative harvesting, shears and Silk Touch.
-
Does not add a new right-click harvesting interaction to vanilla crops that lack one.
Hunger and healing
-
Added a configurable slow passive hunger drain.
-
By default, every 2 real-life minutes of active gameplay removes one saturation point, or one food point—half a drumstick—when saturation is empty.
-
Normal hunger from activity remains active. Creative, Spectator and Peaceful are exempt from passive drain.
-
Added mint-colored healing preview hearts and a recoverable-heart value for the mod’s healing items.
-
Healing previews use configured healing amounts and are capped at missing health.
-
Added a treatment progress bar below the crosshair, showing remaining time and the patient’s name when healing another player.
-
Added separate visibility settings for the healing preview and treatment bar.
Workshops and exploration loot
-
Added a 2% bonus enchanted-book chance per chest to existing shelters/ruined workshops and the new workshop variants.
-
Workshop books use the normal random-loot enchantment pool, including the mod’s 17 shield enchantments.
-
Added Overworld cave workshops with Copper and Iron equipment, supplies, templates and whetstones.
-
Added Nether workshops with Gold equipment and related supplies.
-
Added End workshops with mostly Diamond equipment and rarer Netherite equipment. Their equipment roll is 80% Diamond and 20% Netherite.
-
Each new workshop chest includes one equipment roll alongside supplies and the optional enchanted book.
-
Echo materials, Echo templates and boss upgrade cores remain excluded from the new workshop loot.
-
New workshops generate in newly generated terrain. Already opened chests are not refilled.
Shields and combat
-
Added main-hand attacks while blocking with an offhand shield.
-
Hold right-click to block, then press left-click to attack while keeping the shield raised.
-
Attacks while blocking use twice the weapon’s normal recovery time by default.
-
Recovery scales with the weapon’s attack speed, preserving differences between swords, axes and modified weapons.
-
Early attacks retain normal reduced-charge damage.
-
Added server settings to enable or disable attacking while blocking and adjust the recovery multiplier.
-
Existing shield-disable and shield-bash cooldowns remain unchanged.
