Smithing-Progression-1.18.9+26.2.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Smithing Progression now takes your adventure beyond Netherite with Echo equipment, Ancient City travel, and new materials earned by facing Endermen, the Ender Dragon, and the Warden.
-
Dragon Heart: Dropped by the Ender Dragon and used in the Echo Pearl and Eternal Core crafting paths. Dragon Hearts cannot be crafted or duplicated, making your first Heart an important choice.
-
Unstable Fragment: Endermen have a 50% chance to drop one. Collect them to craft an Echo Pearl and its teleportation fuel.
-
Unstable Eye: Crafted by surrounding an Eye of Ender with eight Unstable Fragments. Each successful Echo Pearl teleport consumes one.
-
Echo Pearl: A reusable Ancient City teleportation item, crafted with a Dragon Heart, four Eyes of Ender, and four Unstable Fragments. Activate it in the Overworld and stand still for five seconds to charge. The first successful trip binds the Pearl to an Ancient City; later uses return you to that city. Successful travel has a 30-second cooldown, and failed trips consume no fuel.
-
Echo Fragment: Defeat the Warden for one guaranteed fragment, with a 25% chance to receive a second.
-
Echo Core: Crafted from one Echo Fragment, seven Echo Shards, and a Calibrated Sculk Sensor. This is the material used to upgrade Netherite equipment into Echo equipment.
-
Echo Upgrade Template: Found in Ancient City chests and used for every Echo equipment upgrade. Duplicate an existing template with seven Netherite Ingots and a Sculk block to receive two templates.
Echo equipment includes a sword, axe, pickaxe, shovel, hoe, spear, bow, crossbow, and a complete armor set. Upgrade your existing Netherite gear at a Smithing Table using an Echo Upgrade Template and an Echo Core. Names, enchantments, trims, and existing Unbreakable status carry over.
Echo gear offers stronger combat stats and 1.5× Netherite durability, rounded up. Echo mining tools have a mining speed of 11. A full Echo armor set grants 10 bonus hearts—bringing standard maximum health to 20 hearts—and immunity to fire and lava damage while equipped.
Bows and crossbows now follow the full equipment progression: Wood → Stone → Copper → Iron → Gold → Diamond → Netherite → Echo. Each tier adds one point of base arrow damage, reaching 13 for Echo bows and 14 nominal damage for Echo crossbows. Actual hits still follow vanilla draw strength, projectile movement, and critical-hit behavior.
