-Added saltblock and saltpile and bowlofsalt

-Added raw/cooked creeper steaks (raw creeper steaks will explode when you eat them, cooked creeper steaks will explode 25% of the time)
-Added preserved raw/cooked creeper steaks (preserved raw creeper steaks will explode 50% of the time, preserved cooked creeper steaks will not explode ever);
-New ingame config gui as well as standard config file
