Fixed
- Lowered the minimum supported NeoForge version from `21.1.248` to `21.1.247`.
- Rebuilt and tested SkyLance directly against NeoForge `21.1.247`, allowing it to remain in modpacks whose other mods have not yet moved to `.248`.
- Removed the unnecessary loader rejection that stopped Minecraft before SkyLance code could start.

- Existing worlds and configuration do not need to be reset.
Replace the old `0.1.0` JAR with `0.1.1`; do not keep both files in the `mods` folder.
