SkipShelves

SkipShelves is a lightweight Forge mod that makes the enchantment table work at full power by default — no bookshelves required.

Out of the box, the enchantment power is set to 15, the vanilla maximum, so you can access the highest level enchantments without building a bookshelf setup. The power value is also fully configurable in the mod’s config file if you want to adjust it for your pack or gameplay style.
