A server-side Forge mod that brings full skin customization to Single Player, Vanilla servers, and cracked/offline-mode servers — no client-side mod required for anyone to see the change!

Inspired by the classic SkinRestorer Bukkit/Spigot plugin, SkinRestoreForge brings the same experience to the Forge modding ecosystem. Whether your server runs in online-mode or offline-mode, players can finally stop being stuck as Steve.

🕘 /skin archive — Every skin you've ever worn is saved automatically to your personal history. Revisit and re-apply any past skin in one click — never lose a skin you loved again.

⚡ Instant, Seamless Updates

🔄 Skins apply immediately, no need to log out and back in. Your body render, how other players see you, and the tab list all update live thanks to a custom refresh system built specifically for this mod.

💀 Skin-Accurate Death Heads

 When a player dies, their player head drops with their custom skin applied, just like a real Minecraft player head, fully toggleable through the config.

🛠️ Admin Tools

/skin player <target> set <username> — Set another player's skin from a Minecraft account.

/skin player <target> set <url> — Set another player's skin from an image URL.

 /skin player <target> clear — Reset another player's skin.

🔒 All admin commands require permission level 2 (operator) by default.

📝 Hide or show the skin-change chat messages.

📝 Enable or disable the skin-accurate head drop on death.
