Adds a few devices that can change the height, width, and overall size of entities

Description
Adds three Size-Changing Devices:
Height Changer- Changes the height of entities
Width Changer- Changes the width of entities
Size Changer- Changes the overall size of entities
NOTE: THIS MOD REQUIRES Pehkui
How To operate the devices:
Right-Click with one of the devices to open the size changer with yourself as the target
Punch an entity with one of the devices to open the size changer with it as the target
