What's new

-fixed a load of crafting recipes

-added some new recipes (hopefully balanced & bug free)

-removed the option for smelting coal for Ein Fuel (for the time being) as this was a placeholder until I made the Phil Stone

-Now 4 coal and Philosopher's Stone make Ein Fuel.
