-Added Philosophers Stone!
-Added a ton of recipes for it!
-Added some really cool ways to convert different matter to other types of matter while maintaining balance.

-whether i should add durability to it is a thought and WIP (I dont really want too but maybe for balance sake i should)
-works with most mods out there like autocrafting, ect
-fixed a few minor issues with armor abilities showing up with cluttered "time left" on effects. changed to 00:00
