Adds Spawner Rune that simulates mob killing to obtain their loot

Description
An addon to Apotheosis that adds new Spawner Rune that simulates mob killing in a fake level to obtain their loot, which is automatically ejected into nearby containers.
Spawner collects dropped items, xp orbs, placed blocks and fluids.
Custom weapon (for example Looting sword) could be inserted into rune.
Currently probably a bit unstable...
