0.10.1 — Native generation compatibility ports

• Add complete standalone Forge 1.12.2, Fabric/Forge 1.16.5 and Fabric/NeoForge 26.2 targets while preserving the existing release lanes.
• Preserve the 0.10.0 public Screen API, operator commands, playlists, synchronized media, ownership checks and bounded transfers in all native ports.
• Adapt legacy lifecycle, Java 8 APIs, rendering, UI, recipes and direction-checked networking to each loader.
• Use backend-neutral Blaze3D render passes and reversed-Z depth handling for 26.2.
• Require separately built native PacketWeave 0.1.4 and OpenUI MC 0.0.15 for the new targets, with immutable source pins and no shaded dependency classes.
• Add full source/test validation, native packaging checks and opt-in dedicated-server/client UI acceptance lanes. Compilation and unit tests do not claim live-world or framebuffer acceptance.
• Use a compatibility patch bump; no public API or save-format migration.
