What's new

- Updated to Minecraft 1.19

- Linking tutorial tooltip now shows the actual keybinds set

- Action bar text when linking a crystal now shows the dimension id

- Icon for Modmenu added (was actually already there, but not in the fabric.mod.json)

- Updated model for the Teleporter to have better Texture UVs

- Inserting and removing an Ender Shard from a Teleporter now uses the pop sound instead of the throw sound

- Some smaller things and code cleanup
