Simple Server Utilities

-Added roles to minigames ( Tank, Dps, Healer) with their own custom abilities.
-Added a way to hide the scoreboard in minigames (default is L, but will change to J next version. It conflict now with advancement. Use keybinds menu to change it for now)
-Made several small additions and improvements for the minigame editor.
-Added an (requested) additional and optional informational tooltip for treecapitator and veinminer, showing how many blocks and what block will be mined.
