DeathPoint
Died and forgot where? Not anymore.
DeathPoint is a small, lightweight, client-side quality-of-life mod that remembers where you last died and helps you get back to your items fast.
FrameWork is needed Framework
Features
- Automatic death tracking: your exact death location is saved the moment you die, including the dimension.
- Chat message with click-to-copy coordinates: after you respawn, you get your death coordinates in chat with a [Copy] button.
- HUD arrow and distance: a small red indicator shows how far away your items are and which way to go. The arrow is relative to where you're facing, so you can just follow it. ▲ / ▼ show when the spot is above or below you.
- Cross-dimension aware: if you're in a different dimension, the HUD shows the dimension and coordinates instead.
- Auto-clear: when you get back to your death point, the marker removes itself.
- Saved per world or server: close the game and your death point is still there next time.
- Tiny and safe: client-side only, no mixins, no gameplay changes, no server install needed.

FAQ
Does it work on servers? Yes. Since it's client-side, it works on servers without any server-side install.
Does it work in the Nether or End? Yes. It records the dimension you died in. If you're in a different dimension, the HUD shows where you died instead of an arrow.
Can I hide the HUD?
Yes. Press J or use /death hud.
Does it modify the game? No. It only reads your position when you die and draws a small HUD overlay.
