Silk Touch Spawner

Silk Touch Spawner is a simple quality of life mod that changes how monster spawners work when you break them with the right tool.

Normally, spawners cannot be collected and kept. Even if you somehow get one, placing it again in Survival mode usually resets it and the mob inside is lost. This mod fixes that in a way that feels natural and easy to understand.

If you break a spawner using a pickaxe enchanted with Silk Touch, the spawner will drop as an item you can pick up. When you place it again, it keeps the same mob it had before. If it was a zombie spawner, it stays a zombie spawner. If it was a spider spawner, it stays a spider spawner.

This makes spawners much more useful for building farms, moving them around your base, saving them for later, or fixing mistakes without losing the mob type you worked for.
