Place redstone dust on floors, walls, and ceilings. It looks and works like normal redstone, but you are no longer limited to the ground.
Run dust up a wall, across a ceiling, or around a corner, and the signal still moves through the line. Wires connect to each other the way vanilla redstone does, so builds that need vertical or upside down paths become much easier.
Use it the same way you use normal redstone dust. Put it where you need the signal to go, connect your torches, levers, lamps, and other redstone parts, and build circuits that follow the shape of your rooms and machines.
