Makes the ability to drop spawners with silk touch in the most advanced configed way possible
What's new
silkspawners 1.8.2 build 13:
removed unessary calls to EntityUtil.updateJockey() as it already got updated
fixed improper hardcodedness of getting offsets for rendering on only y it now grabs xyz offsets
fixed custom pos entities rendering offset to current spawner block
fixed heads getting screwed up again due to fix of above issue
made the RenderUtil#getItemScaling use the varible oldScale instead of hard coding it
