Signpost

Version 2.04.0:

• Port to Minecraft 26.1.2
• Added a bunch of new post types: Pale Oak, Granite, Diorite, Andesite, Tuff, Deepslate, Basalt, Blackstone, Nether Brick, Prismarine, Amethyst, and Red Sandstone
• Sign posts are no longer one block per material: the post type is now data, so data packs and other mods can add their own post types
• Fixed stone posts turning into sandstone when broken
