Shulk Levitators

Shulk Levitator adds two new blocks, the regular shulk levitator, and the upgraded shulk levitator. When given a potion of levitation, by right-clicking on the block or dispensing the potion into it, it powers up and allows you to fly for the duration of the potion inside it. The regular shulk levitator has a range of about 8x8x8 blocks in front of it, and the upgraded version has a range of about 16x16x16 blocks, but the radius is outlined by particles. The blocks output a comparator signal based on how much potion duration they have left, level 16 at the most. The levitation potion added by this mod is brewed with a shulker bullet in a bottle, obtained by right-clicking on a shulker bullet with a bottle, and slow falling potions. The upgraded block is crafted with the regular block and a netherite ingot in a smithing table.
