Shrublings allows player to grow shrubs...
To do that, right-click any normal sapling with shears. This will consume a point of durability from shears and turn sapling into a bush sapling, which grows into a shrub.
Shrubs are the same as ones generated in Jungle biome as well as in some modded ones, for example, biomes in Traverse. Sometimes parts of such biomes need to be recreated, e.g., to merge a building with its environment. This gets much easier when shrubs can be simply grown as opposed to building them manually. Also, unlike player placed ones, shrub leaves will decay normally.
