Shoulder Surfing Reloaded: Camera Fixes & Additions

First Forge 1.19.2 release. Most of the same features as the 1.20.1 build: - Overhead shoulder cycle preset - Vanilla crosshair hide while locked on with Epic Fight - Smooth SSR offset transitions during lock-on - Sprint-backwards camera lock - Continuous body-facing during Iron's Spells casts - TaCZ aim/fire body snap - Camera-relative EF dodge while SSR is decoupled - Camera-relative EF attack while SSR is decoupled Better Lock-On has no 1.19.2 version, so the lock-on-aware integrations carry over to the equivalent EpicFightHelper state checks.
