Changes food stack sizes based on their food value

This mod lowers the stack sizes of food items, making it much harder to stockpile large amounts of food.

Each food item (modded items included) has its own stack size based on how filling it is. Steak, for example, only stacks to 8, while Apples stack to 16 because they give less food.
