CHANGE: Ship mob drop spawn egg and grudge only if /gamerule doMobLoot = true.

 

FIX: Heavy attack AoE effect by Nagato and Yamato will check unattackable target list.
FIX: Fix crash bug while using Shinkeiseikan Ownership Paper on ship.
FIX: Fix ship be deleted on chunk loading while riding.
FIX: Change the ship drop egg event to fix ship dupe bug.
NOTE: If some mod disable the death timer (like iChun:Morph on first kill), the ship egg will not spawn.
FIX: Repair recipe of Dismantle Hammer is disabled to fix item dupe bug.
