NEW: Add Submarine Ka, Yo, So-Class, build from Abyssal Hydrothermal Vent.
NEW: Add Destroyer Ikazuchi and Inazuma, drop from ship mob.
NEW: Add Abyssal Frame, decorative ladder block.
NEW: Add Abyssal Waypoint, ship will follow the waypoints to move. (ref Abyssal Logbook Chap.2)
NEW: Add Abyssal Crane, a machine block can load/unload item to ship.
NEW: Transport Wa-Class will supply grudge/ammo to nearby ships.
NEW: Transport Wa-Class will gain exp when moving, collecting item and supplying.
NEW: Add particle for installation ship's heal and transport's supply.
NEW: Add equip: Abyssal Compass, ship get chunk loader when equipping.
NOTE: Player must be online and get close to the ship once, or the chunk loader will not work.
NEW: Add equip: Abyssal Flare, ship will light the target when attacking.

CHANGE: Change sound category: ship voice from hostile to friendly creatures, attack sound from hostile to ambient.
CHANGE: All destroyer and submarine can pick item now, and add switch for pick item AI.
CHANGE: Change the caress mode of Wo-Class Command Scepter keybinding to "List Players". (default key: TAB)
CHANGE: /shipattrs can also take only one parm now, usage: /shipattrs <level>.
CHANGE: Increase ship's attack delay to 40~170 ticks, add config for tweaking.
CHANGE: Teleport cooldown only counts down if ship gets stuck.

CONFIG: Add attack speed setting.
NOTE: example: base speed 160, fixed delay 30 => attack delay = 160 / ship's attack speed + 30 ticks.
CONFIG: Add config for the chunk loader and light block of Flare and Searchlight.
CONFIG: Add exp gained by melee, light attack, ...etc.
CONFIG: Add ship mob spawn: wedding ring checking, max number in the world, rate and group setting.
