Ships now only attack EntityMob and EntitySlime by default.
This setting is NOT work on EntityMob or EntitySlime, like: EntityZombie and EntityCreeper, they will always be targeted.
Side effect: AoE attack like torpedo(missile) can destory ItemFrame or other non-living entity now.
NEW: Add Abyssal Adrmiral's Desk with 4 functions: radar, guidebook, fleet and target browser.
NOTE: Radar: show ships within 128x128 blocks and open ship GUI, no other functions for now.
Guidebook: introduction, blocks, items, etc, not yet completed and probably need to correct translation.
Fleet Browser: PVP mode setting.
Target Browser: browse or remove attack target type.
NEW: Add Abyssal Logbook, it's a handheld guidebook.
NEW: Add Abyssal Portable Radar, it's a handheld radar.
NEW: Add PVP mode: You can create/disband/...etc fleet in Abyssal Adrmiral's Desk GUI to enable PVP mode.
NOTE: You have to enable PVP AI in ship's inventory GUI to attack ships actively.
NEW: Add IEntityOwnable to pet checking.
NEW: Add 3 target AI options in ship's inventory GUI: PVP mode, Anit-Aircraft and Anti-Submarine, priority: Anti-Air > Anti-Subm > PVP.

CONFIG: Add summons (mount, aircraft, etc.) damage taken from other player's ShinColle entity modifier. (default 100 -> damage * 100%)
CONFIG: Add ship experience modifier (default 20 -> level 150, exp req = 151*20 = 3020)
CONFIG: Increase GUI close distance to 64 blocks for Adrmiral's Desk operation.
CONFIG: Add config for Polymetal as Manganese.
CONFIG: Add equip effect limit for: critical, double hit, triple hit, miss-reduction, anti-air, anti-ss, dodge%.
