Server Sided Chunk Loader is a mod that doesn't add blocks or items. But instead it provides you with commands to set up and manage chunkloaders in your world. This mod has the advantage that it doesn't need to be installed on the client side.
Commands (User)
/chunkloader add <1x1, 3x3, 5x5, 7x7, 9x9, 11x11, 13x13, 15x15> [X chunk coord] [Y chunk coord] [WorldID] --> Creates a chunkloader that loads x by x chunks around the given chunk coordinates in the given world. When there is no world given it's the world you stand in. When no chunk coordinates are given it's the chunk you stand in.
/chunkloader remove <1x1, 3x3, 5x5, 7x7, 9x9, 11x11, 13x13, 15x15> [X chunk coord] [Y chunk coord] [WorldID] --> Removes the chunkloaders/cla that loads x by x chunks around the given chunk coordinates in the given world. When there is no world given it's the world you stand in. When no chunk coordinates are given it's the chunk you stand in.
/chunkloader list [worldID] --> Lists all the chunkloaders in a given world. When there is no world given it's the world you stand in.
/chunkloadermap [X chunk coord] [Y chunk coord] [WorldID] --> Make a map of the chunks around you.
/chunkloader help --> Shows all user commands.
