Secure Trade 1.4.0

• Added crash-safe trades: offered items and XP are kept with the player data and every trade is recorded in a journal in the world folder, so a server crash, a killed process or a power loss in the middle of a trade no longer loses or duplicates items or XP.
• Added recovery on login, including for a player who was offline when the server went down.
• Added a quarantine for the rare trades whose outcome cannot be decided automatically, with the admin commands /trade admin quarantine, info, refund, complete and dismiss (permission level 3).
• Added the chatPrefix server option: Secure Trade by default, any text, or empty for no prefix.
• Items held in a trade are now upgraded with the world when it moves to a newer Minecraft version.
• A trade is now cancelled when a player dies, before their inventory drops.
• Fixed the blocked-item warning being drawn under the item held on the cursor.
• Updated all 23 supported localizations.
